Ingredients
Suggested Use

Medicinal ingredients (per 1 teaspoon): Magnesium 350 mg, Glycinate 1850 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, raspberry flavour, xylitol.
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5.9g) daily, mixed in hot water.Once added to water, Magnesium Carbonate, L Glycine and Citric acid react. Ratio is 2 molecules of glycine to 1 molecule of magnesium to form Magnesium Bisglycinate. Citric acid helps drive the reaction.
