• Medicinal Ingredients: Elemental magnesium (from magnesium carbonate*) – 187.5mg per teaspoon Non-medicinal Ingredient: Citric acid*. *Magnesium carbonate and citric acid combined with water create ionic magnesium citrate..

• Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
