Honeybar is a company established by Frank Sardelis in 1987. As a former baker, he knew how to use baking to his advantage. As a result, Honeybar snack bars were invented. These products are similar to traditional Greek goodies having honey, sugar and sesame seed. However, there is a twist. Honeybars are must healthier! Instead of standard sugar, honey is used for sweetening. This makes them much better and with a higher nutritional value. Company’s products have received various certification including Kosher Pareve Certification, Advantage HACCP Certification as well as BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification.
