MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata), hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataegus laevigata), linden flowers (Tilia platyphyllos), lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis) NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: Peppermint leaves
Recommended dose: ADULTS: Use one bag per cup water, 2-3 times a day. Pour the boiling water and allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes.
