Schuessler tissue salts are natural, suitable for the whole family and may be taken alongside other medications and dietary supplements including vitamins and minerals.

Martin & Pleasance have been manufacturing Schuessler Tissue Salts for 130 years and still use the traditional process of hand-grinding the minerals. Tissue Salts are based on the original system developed by Dr. WH Schuessler, a German chemist and physician, who recognized that when the body is lacking one of these 12 essential minerals many common ailments may occur.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 Tablet
Children: 1/2 Tablet
Infants: 1/4 Tablet
Chew or crush and dissolve in water
Acute conditions: Take every half an hour (up to 6 doses) until symptoms subside.
Chronic or maintenance conditions: Take 4 times daily.
Take half an hour before meals.
