• Tomatoes, Water, Onions, Tomato paste, Garlic, Non-GMO canola oil, Sugar, Salt, Corn starch, Herbs, Spices, Spices extract.

• HEATING INSTRUCTIONS MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN DO NOT PIERCE OR REMOVE THE FILM! 1) Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high 5 minutes. A steam dome will form over the bowl 2) Remove the bowl from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT 3) Carefully remove the film from the bowl and stir well before serving STOVETOP FROM FROZEN 1) Remove film and transfer the soup from the bowl to a pot 2) Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring frequently for approximately 4-5 minutes, or until soup is hot Appliances vary.
