• Medicinal Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) 250 mg, Quercetin (Styphnolobium japonicum) (flower bud) 100 mg, Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) (98 mg polyphenols) (50 mg EGCG) 100 mg, Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) (49.8 mg EGCG) 83 mg, Resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum) (root) 73.5 mg, Guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) (seed) 50 mg, Indole-3-carbinol 50 mg, Pectin (Malus domestica) (fruit) 50 mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 240 IU (6 mcg), Selenium (sodium selenite) 25 mcg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide.

• Adults: Take 2 capsules, twice a day, with food/meals. Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children.
