Boulder Don and Jay Poore are the brother behind this amazing brand. Like most other companies, they had a humble beginning. Over time, they learned that chips can be made better with a proper combination of higher cooking temperature, lighter oils, thicker cut chip as well as shorter frying time. Even though it was costly, they found a way to pull it off and today we can enjoy products such as Hickory Barbeque and Avocado Oil Jalapeno. A great thing about Boulder Canyon chips is that the company managed to avoid various harmful substances such as cholesterol and trans fats.
