This vinegar is naturally sweet and we sometimes use it alone on salads , cooked vegetables and select fruits. Sometimes we eat a bit from a teaspoon or dip bread into it and there is no acidity or bitterness.

I’ve been buying and using this balsamic vinegar for over 10 years - it’s my ‘go to’ and the only product I use as salad dressing. I used to live in Ontario where I could purchase it quite easily and now I live in BC where I scarcely ever see it - so I buy it online and have it shipped out! That says alot about how great I think it is - same is true for the Acropolis extra virgin olive oil - which I also have shipped from Ontario….

I first tried this balsamic vinegar at a Goodness Me! free demo table! They were offering fresh baked bread dipped in their balsamic vinegar, and i was blown away.
I use this balsamic vinegar on all my salads STRAIGHT! Not mixed with oil, no sugar added, just... straight! It is sweet enough to stand on it's own and adds great flavour to any dish i make!
One of my faves? Organic sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and cilantro, topped with this Acropolis Organics Mousto Balsamic Vinegar- seriously, so good.
