Wagyu beef is noted for its tender, succulent taste due to its marbling. Scientific studies have shown that the marbling in Wagyu beef creates a very healthy choice for consumers.

Wagyu beef is an effective source of essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 as well as containing 30% more Omega 6 than other beef breeds.

Canadian wagyu beef are very slowly raised on grass and long fed on nutritious grains with no added hormones or antibiotics to assist growth and no animal by products. The result is a very tender and palette pleasing flavour.
