I have been using Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts for some time. I use it in my smoothies to add fiber and also to salads. It doesn't change the taste and I feel is a great way to get extra fiber in my diet.
Delicious nutty flavour.
I love adding these to yogurt, sprinkling them on salads, or mixing them with almonds and raisins for a snack. I keep them in my refrigerator to stay fresh.

I bought these because of the health benefits. I'd never tried them before. The large size bag is a good value. As I said, I'd never tried them before, so didn't know what to expect in terms of taste. They're great! I love the flavour. It's pretty hard to describe the flavour, but it's nutty (of course), but with an almost sweet hint, the way a hazelnut has a sweet hint to it. To me, that's the best of both worlds - good for me, good taste, too.

Very satisfied with this product. Love buying this size for best value and storing in fridge or freezer. It is pure hemp seeds after all, what is not to love? I've been buying it for years and Manitoba Harvest seems to have a consistent quality for freshness and purity.
