S'mores with a Healthier Twist!

With summer campfires, come s'mores! You can indulge and enjoy a s'mores however you please with 5 fun s'mores styles: Simple S'mores, PB, Hold the J S'mores, S'mores on S'mores, Caramel Apple S’mores, or a Skillet S'mores Dip!

The s'mores in the recipes below use these tasty products:

Simple S'mores

You can't get more classic than this!

  • Layer a Theo chocolate square and Dandies toasted marshmallow between Kinnikinnick S'moreables graham crackers.

PB, Hold the J S'mores

A peanut butter and chocolate love favourite!

  • Layer a Theo peanut butter chocolate cup and Dandies toasted marshmallow between Kinnikinnick S'moreables graham crackers.

This is for the ultimate s'mores fan! 

  • Layer a Theo chocolate square and Dandies toasted marshmallow between Goodness Me! S'mores Mini Cookies,

Caramel Apple S'mores

We're taking caramel apples to a new level with this fun s'mores!

Skillet S'mores Dip

No fire? No problem! This simple recipe turns a s'mores sandwich into an oven-toasted dip you can enjoy indoors any time of the year!

Ingredients:

  • 20 Dandies marshmallows, cut in half
  • 1.5 cups of chocolate chips (We used Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels)
  • 1 tbsp butter (or non-dairy alternative like Earth Balance, if preferred)
  • 8" cast iron skillet (or alternate oven-proof skillet)

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place skillet in oven to warm.
  3. Remove skillet and add butter. Tilt pan to coat.
  4. Pour chocolate chips evenly over bottom of skillet. 
  5. Arrange marshmallow halves over the surface of the chocolate chips,
  6. Bake until marshmallows are toasted (5-7 mins).
  7. Let cool a couple of mins before serving with graham crackers!
