Raspberry Kefir Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup kefir, full-fat yogurt, 
  •    or coconut yogurt for vegan
  • 2 egg yolks or 1 scoop grain-free, vegan protein powder for vegan
  • ⅓ cup ground chia
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries 
  •     or frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana (optional)

Toppings: chopped walnuts or pecans, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, toasted coconut chips, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, avocado slices, etc.


  1. Place the kefir or yogurt in a blender bowl. Add in the egg yolks or protein powder, chia, berries, and banana if using. Purée and pour into a smoothie bowl. Let set in the refrigerator (you can do this the night before). When you’re ready to enjoy it, decorate
  2. with desired toppings.
