Peach Goat Cheese Crackers

INGREDIENTS

  •  Crackers (of your choice) Try Late July Saltine Crackers 
  •  3 ounces goat cheese
  •  8 slices fresh organic peach
  •  Small bunch of fresh organic mint leaves
  •  8 organic pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread goat cheese on crackers then top each with a slice of fresh peach, mint leaf, and a pecan half. Enjoy!
