Mexican-Inspired Kale Chips
- 6-8 cups organic kale, chopped
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil. Find an excellent option here!
- 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast. Find an excellent option here!
- 1 tsp. Mexican seasoning mix. Find an excellent option here!
- ¼ tsp. Herbamare. Find this original seasoning here!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Carefully remove kale leaves from stem, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces, and place in large bowl. Drizzle avocado oil onto kale and massage into leaves. Add yeast and Cajun spice and toss well to combine.
Pour kale chips onto cookie sheet and bake at 375˚F for 15-20 minutes, turning them over halfway through. Remove and serve warm or let cool.
