1 cup liquid of choice, plus more if needed (water, almond milk, etc)
Cook quinoa according to directions, or place it in a small pot with ½ cup water. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn down the heat to simmer. Cook until the grain is tender and all liquid has been absorbed. Allow to cool off for a few minutes before use.
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. While blending, add in extra liquid (if needed) until the desired consistency is obtained.
