Berry Breakfast Smoothie

This quick and easy breakfast will reduce your cravings and keep you feeling steady and energized all morning long.


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup or more water
  • 1 tbsp Udo's oil
  • 1 serving whey protein or protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 banana, optional



  1. Put berries, plant based milk and water in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in Udo's Oil and protein powder and process just until blended.
  3. Add more water if your smoothie is too thick.
  4. Add the banana only if you need to for flavour. You can increase the sweetness by choosing vanilla protein powder instead of plain.
