This quick and easy breakfast will reduce your cravings and keep you feeling steady and energized all morning long.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup or more water
- 1 tbsp Udo's oil
- 1 serving whey protein or protein powder of choice
- 1/2 banana, optional
Method
- Put berries, plant based milk and water in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in Udo's Oil and protein powder and process just until blended.
- Add more water if your smoothie is too thick.
- Add the banana only if you need to for flavour. You can increase the sweetness by choosing vanilla protein powder instead of plain.
