This Saturday January 30th at our Guelph store at 36 Wellington St. W., we are going to have a One Year Anniversary event. This is our chance to say THANK YOU to the Guelph community for helping us thrive in our first year in the city of Guelph. We've have an awesome first year and can't wait to continue to meet the faces of our community and help people on their journey to health. And this event is the perfect way to come see what we're all about! From demos and free classes to prizes, we've got a lot planned for you--and all you have to do is show up! Check out how we're celebrating our first year in Guelph this weekend.

Ever wondered what a certain product tastes like? Want to find your new favourite healthy product? Now is your chance to try things! We are going to have dozens of product demonstrations on Saturday to give you a chance to learn about and try a range of new products. From grocery and supplements to fresh items, personal care, and more, you'll have lots to try and learn about. Come, snack, and enjoy!

FREE CLASSES ... just for you!
From 10:00am-11:30am, Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue, ND and author, will be leading a class on how to get Stronger Bones & A Healthier Heart. Confused about calcium? Suspicious of statins? Why are so many people lacking calcium in their bones (osteoporosis) while calcium plaque builds up in arteries? Join author and naturopathic doctor Kate Rhéaume-Bleue to learn about nutrients that hold the key to strong bones and healthy arteries by keeping calcium in its place. This talk will clear confusion about cholesterol and demystify bone health. Sign up for this class today before it fills up!

Then from 2:30pm-4:00pm, Dr. Emily Murphy, ND, will be hosting a class on Supercharging Your Immune Health. This talk will focus on how to prevent immune imbalance and illness first, and then will explore what to do to heal an immune system that is struggling. We will take on:

  • How to tell if your immune system is out of balance
  • How to prevent and manage common infections: colds and flus
  • The role of allergy and autoimmunity on overall immune health
  • The role of digestive tract health in immune function
  • The role of stress and the adrenal glands
  • The role of movement and exercise
  • And, of course, the role of food and nutrients in immune health

Join us, and learn how to keep yourself and your family healthy this winter, and beyond! Don't miss out--register for this class now!
