Nourishing Orange & Avocado Body Scrub

Nourish your body with this food-based and healthy scrub!

 

4 tbsp sugar (not too coarse)
2 tbsp avocado oil
10 drops sweet orange essential oil
1 organic orange

All ingredients can be found at Goodness Me!  

Blend the sugar and avocado oil. Add the sweet orange essential oil 1 drop at a time. Zest about 1/2 the orange and add to the mixture. Apply this scrub in the shower, as it is a bit messy.
