Natural Essential Oil Cleaning Recipes
Avoid adding chemicals and toxins to your home by cleaning with ingredients that will do just as good of a job as your conventional cleaning products. Looks like a win-win to us!
Chemical-Free Natural All-Purpose Cleaner
10 drops pine essential oil
10 drops lemongrass essential oil
1/2 cup baking soda
40mL white vinegar
60mL water
10 drops pine essential oil
10 drops lemongrass essential oil
1/2 cup baking soda
40mL white vinegar
60mL water
Blend the vinegar and water together and slowly add to the baking soda. It will fizz. Add the essential oils, and stir to blend. Use anywhere you would regular all-purpose cleaner.
All Natural Laundry Detergent
1/4 cup pure soap flakes
1/4 cup baking soda (also acts as a fabric softener)
1/2 cup vinegar
3-5 drops essential oil added to the softener compartments
Easy Peasy Mopping Recipe
Add 2 tbsp. scent free castile soap to your water, and 4-5 drops of these bacterial-bursting essential oils.
Fresh Citrus Scent: Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon
Herbal Scent: Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme
Woodsy Scent: Eucalyptus, Pine, Black Spruce
Floral Scent: Geranium, Lavender, Rose, Jasmine
Spicy Scent: Cinnamon, Clove, Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon
