Our Kalamon Olives come from the region between the Mt. Taygetos and Mt. Parnonas from little farmers. The climate and the earth in this region, but also the careful treatment by the organic farmers are the reason for this excellent olives. After cropping the olives they are stored in big barrels with water so they loose their bitterness by a natural way, without using any chemicals. Every olive which comes in our jars is carefully selected. Added the best extra virgin olive oil and the result is a product of high quality.
