Making gnocchi is so much easier than you think!
I will show you how my Nonna taught me to make gnocchi when I was just 5 years old.
Via a live video, we will work together in the comfort of our own kitchens. I will walk you through step by step and at the end of the class... you have dinner ready for you and your family, that's if you want to share!
This recipe is vegan friendly and vegetarian. You will receive your shopping list one day before the live event via email.
You may substitute the durum/semolina flour if not available, with spelt flour.
Please also have your potatoes boiled with skin on prior to class start time.
