Fraser is That Planted Fork, he runs cooking classes and vegetable-forward workshops in Hamilton and the surrounding area! He is trying to make cooking vegetables more accessible to everyone. Eating well should be for everyone and his classes will leave you feeling more confident and comfortable in your own kitchen.
Having worked in food for the past 4 years, he has done a lot in that short time. He graduated from George Brown College, where he studied Culinary Management and Nutrition. He was the Head Chef at The Nook in Halifax (which has two locations), where he developed, tested, and executed a new dinner menu. In 2016, he was hired by Grasshopper in Toronto, where he created a new brunch menu for their second location. Recipe development, writing and teaching culinary arts is by far his passion. He has worked in kitchens over the last few years, including Torontoâ??s popular Fresh on Bloor, where he learned first-hand how to create and share healthy meals. While he enjoyed working in restaurants, the ability to teach people how to enjoy plant-based meals is his true calling. See you in the kitchen!
