From a fine single origin cacao, this bar has attractive earth, toffee and stone scents on the nose; a creamy mouth feel for a dark bar, with a light and balanced mid-mouth; floral, cherry and coffee flavors, caramel base notes, and nutty cocoa highlights.  This is quite the approachable dark bar.  If you like to lurk in the dark, this is the bar for you.
