The Kalamata Olive, known as the "Greek Olive" is grown in the southern region of Peloponnese, Greece. These olives have a distinct and meaty texture and a bold, aubergine colour. These olives are processed with natural sea salt, the traditional way for 6-9 months.

Ingredients are grown without the use of any pesticides, colouring or additives. Acropolis Organics does not use caustic soda, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid in the olive preserving process.
