Full-Time Grocery Team Member 

Goodness Me! is currently seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Grocery Team Member for our Brantford location.  The successful applicant will have energy and enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for healthy living.  A dedication to outstanding customer service and a commitment to working as part of a team are required for success in this position.  Retail experience is required, while grocery experience is preferred.  This is a permanent full-time position, and will consist of days, evenings, and weekend shifts, 30 – 40 hours per week with the need for up to 44 hours on occasion. 

Job Summary:  Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a well-run and visually appealing Grocery Department, a Grocery Team Member efficiently and energetically performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, stocking and facing shelves, rotating stock, helping to create appealing end caps and displays, receiving orders and helping to maintain a clean department.  Grocery Team Members are also responsible for helping to deliver a highly positive Goodness Me! experience by enthusiastically greeting each customer and offering assistance, recommending appropriate products and providing relevant information.
