Keto Eggnog Recipe


Serves 6

Ingredients

  1. Separate your egg yolks from the egg whites – gently whisk egg yolk until smooth. Set aside egg whites in a separate bowl
  2. In a sauce pan, combine almond milk, heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and egg yolks. Place over medium-high heat
  3. Stir together the ingredients for 8-10 minutes, stir constantly and don’t allow the mixture to simmer
  4. Remove the sauce pan from the heat – add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg – whisk until well mixed. Let mixture cool and refrigerate over night.
  5. Serve with cinnamon sticks and sprinkled nutmeg
