Asparagus Carrot Crunch Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

This salad has the perfect marriage of crunch and flavour. The sweetness of the vegetables is leveled out by the tanginess and savoury flavour of the dressing, and it all comes together for a delicious salad suitable for any meal.

There is something to be said for a vegetable that is as versatile as asparagus. In this salad, we chop it up raw for a satisfying crunch, and it partners so well with the carrot and red pepper. The dressing features apple cider vinegar, which has so many health benefits for your body like detoxification and pH balance, with mustard and a touch of sweet maple syrup. This salad is gluten free, vegan, dairy free, nut free, wheat free, made with 100% real food. Best of all, it takes next to no time to make!

Asparagus Crunch Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Herbamare
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp grainy mustard
