Completely gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, and vegan, these are a healthy holiday treat that you’ll be happy to have on end. They give a quick burst of energy if you’re heading out the door for some holiday shopping, or provide a sweet taste at the end of a long day with a cup of tea.
These Coconut Snowballs are made with cashews, which are high in healthy fats and magnesium, both of which you definitely need this time of year! Dates provide a touch of sweetness to this recipe, as well as offering a number of minerals like calcium and iron, and vitamins like A and K. Both these powerhouse ingredients are combined with shredded coconut, which helps to fire up our metabolism, to make this possibly the healthiest treat you’ll make this season. With a touch of vanilla and salt to top it off, you’ll love the way these taste!
Whip up a batch of these delicious Coconut Snowballs and watch as they get gobbled up.
