This creamy appetizer is not only quick but it’s a crowd pleaser for any entertaining you might be doing! Fig jam sweetens the brie perfectly in this baked dip. Paired together and it’s like a match made in heaven! Enjoy with your favourite gluten free crackers.
1 Woolwich Goat Brie Wheel
1/4 cup St. Dalfour Royal Fig Spread
Pre-heat over to 400’˚F. Place brie wheel in an ovensafe dish, and place fig spread on top of brie. Bake in oven for 10-20 minutes (or until brie is softened). Remove and serve with lavashes or crackers.
