Sweet Maple & Rosemary Roasted Carrots

The perfect vegetarian side dish for a fall feast! It doesn’t take much to turn a simple vegetable into a culinary masterpiece, and this recipe will do just that! Perfectly sweetened with maple syrup and topped off with fresh rosemary - we know you will fall in love with this dish.  

 

1 organic bunch of carrots
¼ cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp rosemary

Pre-heat oven to 425˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel carrots and lay them on the baking sheet. In a microwave- safe dish, melt butter and syrup together. Pour over the carrots, until coated. Sprinkle the rosemary over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until carrots are tender (time may vary depending on thickness of carrots). Remove from oven and serve.
