Apple, Bacon & Brie Pizza with Fresh Rosemary

Could this pizza sound any better? We used creamy, fresh, and smoky ingredients to make this pizza out of this world! We were inspired by brie, apple and bacon to make this elevated pizza. We used Woolwich Brie which has a buttery texture and rich flavour, organic and crisp apples, organic bacon, and a added a punch of flavour with fresh rosemary. These ingredients taste great on their own, and by combining them together on a crisp crust we were able to create our favourite pizza!  

14" pizza crust (of your choice)
4 tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
1 wheel Woolwich Goat Brie, sliced into thin pieces
1 organic apple, sliced thin
4 pieces organic bacon, cooked and crumbled
Fresh rosemary  

Spread the olive oil over the pizza crust evenly. Layer the brie over the oil in thin strips, and add the thin apple pieces on top. Add the bacon, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary to taste. Put on a pan in the oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until brie is bubbling and apples are browning. Remove, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve.
