Garlic, Rosemary & Parmesan Crusted Steaks

4 Goodness Me! Striploin steaks
1/4 cup organic garlic, minced
1 tsp Herbamare
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. organic fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbsp. camelina oil
2 cups Zerto grated parmesan cheese  

Season steaks with Herbamare and pepper to taste. Sear on BBQ about 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness of steak and how you liked it cooked). Steak will finish cooking in the oven. Combine fresh rosemary, oil, and parmesan cheese. Divide parmesan mixture into four half cup servings. Place ½ cup of the parmesan mixture on each steak to form a crust. Pat it down. Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake steaks about 5-10 minutes. Parmesan crust will turn golden. Remove, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
