1 cup softened chevre
1/4 cup pitted organic Kalamata olives, finely diced
1/4 cup organic sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup organic roasted red pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh organic basil, finely chopped
1 tsp. organic garlic, finely chopped
Mix ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Spoon into a pretty small bowl and serve with rice crackers.
