12 medjool dates, pits removed
1/2-1/3 cup softened chevre
6 slices bacon, sliced in half widthwise
Place 1 tsp. chevre inside each date. Close date up and wrap in a half slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Grill on BBQ for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
