2 cups organic sweet potato, grated
1/2 cup arrowroot four
1/2 tsp. Herbamare
Fresh cracked black pepper
1/3 cup organic cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup organic onion, grated
3 Tbsp. coconut oil/butter ghee
Combine all ingredients except coconut oil well. Heat coconut oil over medium heat. Drop sweet potato mixture by tablespoons full. When browned on one side, turn over and let brown on the other side. Remove. Dab with paper towel and serve.
