1/4 cup tamari
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8-10 slices organic bacon
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine tamari, apple cider vinegar, toasted sesame oil and garlic. Marinate chicken 2-4 hours. Discard marinade. Wrap each piece of chicken in a half piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick or multiple pieces with a skewer. Place under broiler for approx. 10-12 minutes.
