Mix dry ingredients together. Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Add flax seeds and butter. Melt a little coconut oil or butter onto hot skillet before making the pancakes. Serve with pure maple syrup and top with chopped fruit if desired. Enjoy!
