Grilled Maple Peaches with Coconut Ice Cream

A delicious end to a summer meal.

 

4 ripe organic peaches, pits removed and cut into slices
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
Coconut Bliss Coconut Ice Cream  

Preheat grill to medium-high.  Place peach slices on grill and cook until nicely browned with grill lines on the slices.  Remove and put into a bowl with coconut ice cream.  Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches and ice cream.  Enjoy!
