White Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse
Looking for a light and delicious dessert? We've got just the thing! This tantalizing white chocolate and raspberry mousse offers a sweet blend of all the best flavours. Great for entertaining!
150 mL Hewitt's or Harmony organic whipping cream
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Green & Blacks white chocolate bar
1 cup fresh raspberries
Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces. Melt over a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Remove and let cool.
Place the cream in a cold bowl. Whip until stiff and add in maple syrup. Whip in the cooled melted white chocolate. Gently fold in the raspberries and serve in martini glasses.
