1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp. finely ground organic coffee
1 tbsp. water
2 cups organic whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. maple syrup
Combine chocolate chips, coffee, and water. Melt over low heat and let cool. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream, vanilla, and maple syrup together. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into serving dishes and top with whipping cream, dark chocolate shavings, or fresh berries. Enjoy!
