Quick & Easy Squash and Peppers Saute
A great recipe to use with seasonal vegetables.
1 organic butternut squash, peeled and cut into pieces
1 organic red pepper, cut into strips
1 organic yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 organic orange pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 tsp. Herbamare
Combine ingredients. Stir well to coat and place in a 9x13" baking dish. Cover and let bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Makes 6-8 servings.
