Detox Salad with Lemony Dressing

Trying to eat lighter and detox your body? Try this delicious detox salad for your next meal. The mix of fresh vegetables and a lemony dressing is easy for your body to digest and helps to balance digestion and pH.
1 cup coarsely chopped organic red peppers
1/2 cup organic cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup organic English cucumber, finely sliced and cut in half
1/2 organic red onion, sliced very finely
1 organic avocado, chopped
1/2 cup extra-virgin organic olive oil
1/2 tsp. Herbamare
1 clove chopped organic garlic
juice of 1 organic lemon
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. kelp flakes
2 Tbsp. lemon flavoured fish oil  

Mix together in a glass jar. Pour over vegetables.
