1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 clove organic garlic
1 tsp. chopped organic ginger
12 heads baby bok choy, washed, trimmed, and halved
2 tbsp. tamari
2 tsp. toasted black sesame seeds
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large sauté pan. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds. Add the baby bok choy and tamari. Cover for 1 to 2 minutes to steam bok choy. Remove from heat, toss with sesame seeds and serve.
