Berries and Greens Garden Salad with Apple Cider Dressing

This is the perfect salad for spring and summer. The seasonal berries and fresh greens combine well with crunchy pecans for a delightful meal. Add some chicken or fish for a well-rounded lunch or dinner!

3 cups organic mixed greens, washed and dried
1/2 organic red onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup organic blueberries
1/2 cup sliced organic strawberries
1/2 cup toasted pecans

DRESSING
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp brown sesame seeds
2 tbsp onion flakes

Place greens on a serving platter. In a bowl, combine blueberries, strawberries, onions, and pecans. Mix well and heap on top of lettuces. For the dressing, place the dressing ingredients in a glass jar and shake well or blend with an immersion blender. Pour dressing over mixed salad. Serve and enjoy!
