Lemon, Ginger & Kale Detox Smoothie

Recipe by: Sandy Pomeroy  

1 scoop vegan protein powder
1 tsp. grated organic ginger
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1 ½ cups chopped organic kale
1/4 cup organic cilantro leaves (optional)
1/2 organic cucumber
1 organic pear, seeded
1 cup coconut milk or coconut water  

Place ingredients in blender. Purée until liquid.

I love this detox smoothie!!!
Saw this recipe in an email back in February. I kept the recipe and finally tried it on Monday… since then, I’ve been making it every morning for breakfast. Do you have any other ones as good as this one to share?
