1 scoop vegan protein powder
1 tsp. grated organic ginger
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1 ½ cups chopped organic kale
1/4 cup organic cilantro leaves (optional)
1/2 organic cucumber
1 organic pear, seeded
1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
Place ingredients in blender. Purée until liquid.
