3 organic avocados, sliced in half and pit removed
1 cup organic red onion, finely chopped
2 cups organic tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup organic cilantro, chopped
Grill each avocado, pit side down, for one to two minutes. Remove. Scoop out flesh and cut into small pieces. Place in salad bowl with remaining ingredients.
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend. Toss dressing and salad together and serve with Neal Brother's tortilla chips.
