Kale & Cabbage Chop Salad with Dijon Dressing
There are so many ways to incorporate kale into our diet! Check out this amazing salad recipe:
1 bunch organic kale, finely chopped
2 cups organic cabbage, finely diced
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (can soak them to increase nutrients)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp. tamari
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp kelp flakes
Dress salad and let marinate 4 hours or overnight. take out of refrigerator and hour before serving so that olive oil can melt.
